Organized by the Chamber of Commerce of Montenegro, within the 40th Furniture fair, thirteenth session of the Association of forestry, wood and paper industry, printing and publishing was held where paticipants spoke about business in the last year, with a focus on some of the problems that should be eliminated.
"We are pleased to note that solution was found for some of the problems which occurred in many previous years such as the suppression of the export of raw timber and stronger orientation towards a higher degree of processing.
We also have insufficient coverage of import with export, which is being managed at the moment and it was the central theme of our session.
A new service that the Chamber of Commerce of Montenegro is implementing from November was also discussed at the session in the circle of small and medium enterprises in Montenegro.
"We believe that this figure will be higher and our goal is to promote such companies, to network them among themselves and with same companies in other countries where such actions are implemented.”
The point is that an internationally recognized firm, specialized in insurance and financial services, "Coface", performs a quality assessment of these companies and if the appraisal is satisfactory - small and medium enterprises from Montenegro are entitled to carry a certificate "Excellent SME" and be involved in such a successful group- Filipovic explained
